Operational:

• Collect and input data accurately and within given deadlines
  
• Provide word-processed documents, reports and data as required
  
• Communicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders and Novus Cambria colleagues
  
• Ensure the safeguarding of learners
  
• Maintain the security of all auditable evidence
  
• Complete office duties as required
  
• Proactive and constructive contribution to the department’s meetings and planning process
  
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and prison security requirements

• Good literacy and numeracy skills – GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above Essential
  
• Appropriate Business Administration qualification at L2 or above Desirable
• The ability to speak fluent Welsh Desirable
  

• Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment Essential
  
• Experience of maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems Essential
  
• Experience of using a variety of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word Essential
